| Abstrak ABSTRAK Benalu batu (Begonia medicinalis) merupakan salah satu tanaman obat yang berkhasiat diperoleh dari desa Toddopoli, Kec. Soyo Jaya Kab. Morowali Utara. yang secara empiris digunakan untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit seperti kanker. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak etanol herba benalu batu (Begonia medicinalis) terhadap nilai normal, pada parameter MCV (Means Corpuscular Volume), MCH (Means Corpucular Hemoglobin), MCHC (Means Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimental laboratorium, pada proses ekstraksi herba benalu batu (Begonia medicinalis) menggunakan metode maserasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan hewan uji 24 ekor tikus, yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol Na-CMC 0,5?n kelompok perlakuan pada dosis 120 mg/KgBB, 240 mg/KgBB, 480 mg/KgBB yang diberikan selama 28 secara oral. Pengambilan darah pada hari ke 29 melalui (Plexus orbitalis). Parameter MCV, MCH, dan MCHC diukur menggunakan alat hematology symex analyzer XL-1000. Hasil penelitian pemeriksaan MCV menunjukkan nilai kadar rata-rata pada kelompok kontrol Na-CMC 0,5% yaitu 54,66 ± 1,45 (fL), dosis 120 mg/KgBB yaitu 54,28 ± 1,19 (fL), 240 mg/KgBB yaitu 53,13 ± 0,99 (fL), dosis 480 mg/KgBB yaitu 55,05 ± 1,02 (fL). Pemeriksaan MCH kelompok kontrol Na-CMC 0,5% yaitu 18,81 ± 1,06 (pg), 120 mg/KgBB yaitu 17,80 ± 0,87 (pg), 240 mg/KgBB yaitu 18,98 ± 0,81 (pg), 480 mg/KgBB yaitu 19,13 ± 0,71 (pg). Pemeriksaan MCHC kelompok kontrol Na-CMC 0,5% yaitu 34,28 ± 1,06 (g/dL). 120 mg/KgB yaitu 33,35± 1,41 (g/dL), 240 mg/KgBB yaitu 34,03 ± 1,12 (g/dL), 480 mg/KgBB yaitu 33,70 ± 1,06 (g/dL). Data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak herba benalu batu berada pada parameter nilai normal ditinjau dari parameter MCV,MCH, dan MCHC. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the ethanolic extract of the parasitic stone (Begonia medicinalis) on normal values, on the parameters of MCV (Means Corpuscular Volume), MCH (Means Corpucular Hemoglobin), MCHC (Means Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration). This research is a type of laboratory experimental research, in the process of extracting stone parasite herbs using the maceration method. This study used 24 rats, which were divided into 4 groups, namely the control group Na-CMC 0.5% and the treatment at a dose of 120 mg/KgBW, 240 mg/KgBW, 480 mg/KgBW given for 28 orally. Blood collection on day 29 through (Plexus orbitalis). Parameters MCV, MCH, and MCHC were measured using the Symex XL-1000 hematology analyzer. The results of the MCV examination showed that the average value of the Na-CMC 0.5% control group was 54.66 ± 1.45 (fL), the dose of 120 mg/KgBW was 54.28 ±1.19 (fL), 240 mg/KgBW was 53.13 ± 0.99 (fL), the dose of 480 mg/KgBW is 55.05 ± 1.02 (fL). MCH examination of the control group Na- CMC 0.5% ie 18.81 ± 1.06 (pg), 120 mg/KgBW 17.80 ± 0.87 (pg), 240 mg/KgBW ie 18.98 ± 0.81 (pg) , 480 mg/KgBW that is 19.13 ± 0.71 (p.). MCHC examination of the control group Na-CMC 0.5% was 34.28 ± 1.06 (g/dL). 120 mg/KgBW is 33.35± 1.41 (g/dL), 240 mg/KgBW is 34.03 ± 1.12 (g/dL), 480 mg/KgBW is 33.70 ±1.06 (g/dL).
