| Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan kelimpahan dan distribusi udang air tawar invasif di Danau Lindu. Sampling dilakukan pada 7 stasiun menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam penentuan lokasi stasiun dan metode ayunan (sweep method) menggunakan alat tray net dalam pengumpulan sampel. Nilai kelimpahan relatif tertinggi Macrobrachium lanchesteri yaitu 42,16 (stasiun 2) dan terendah 3,9 (stasiun 1). Macrobrachium lanchesteri terdistribusi di seluruh stasiun pengambilan sampel dengan distribusi terbanyak 2.108 individu di stasiun 2 Desa Anca, dan distribusi terendah 117 individu di stasiun 1 outlet danau. Indeks keanekaragaman udang air tawar tergolong rendah yaitu (H’<2,3) di Danau Lindu, dengan nilai keanekaragaman tertinggi H’=0,72 di stasiun 1 outlet danau, dan terendah H’=0,07 di stasiun 2 Desa Anca. Sampling was carried out at 7 stations using the purposive sampling method in determining the location of the stations and the swing method using tray net for sample collection. The highest relative abundance value of Macrobrachium lanchesteri i.e 42,16 (station 2) and the lowest i.e 3,9 (station 1). Macrobrachium lanchesteri was distributed in all sampling stations with the highest distribution of 2,108 individuals at station 2 Anca Village, and the lowest distribution of 117 individuals at station 1 lake outlet. The diversity index of freshwater shrimp is low (H'<2,3) in Lindu Lake, with the highest diversity value H'=0,72 at station 1 lake outlet, and the lowest H'=0,07 at station 2 Anca village.
