| Abstrak ABSTRAK Rumah Produksi Lecker Palu merupakan pelaku bisnis dibidang kuliner yang memproduksi keripik talas kemudian dalam studi kelayakan bisnis ada beberapa aspek yang harus diketahui oleh para pelaku bisnis salah satunya aspek finansial. Dimana para pelaku bisnis ini mengetahui modal yang mereka keluarkan dan keuntungan yang akan mereka dapatkan. Dalam memproduksi keripik talas rumah Produksi Lecker Jaya Waluyo ini belum mengetahui keuntungan yang diperoleh secara jelas sehingga berdampak pada perkembangan usaha ini. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengkaji Break Event Point mengetahui nilai keuntungan secara jelas serta menganalisis keuntungannya. Dari hasil penelitian tahun 2017,2018,2019,2020 diperoleh masing-masing perhitungan break event point unit sebesar 9pcs/minggu, 17pcs/minggu, 22 pcs/minggu, 15 pcs/minggu dan break event point rupiah diperoleh masing-masing Rp 171.796, Rp 355.529, Rp 314.154, Rp 272.562, serta keuntungannya pada tahun 2017,2028,2019,2020 diperoleh masing-masing sebesar Rp 116.648/minggu, Rp 100,004/minggu, Rp.187.103/minggu, Rp 99.758. Berdasarkan Analisis break event point tersebut usaha keripik talas tidak mengalami kerugian karena modal awal yang diperoleh tercapai dan melebihi titik penjualan sehingga mendapatkan keuntungan. Kata kunci: Analisis Break event point, usaha, Keuntungan ABSTRACT Lecker Palu Production House is a business actor in the culinary field that produces taro chips then in a business feasibility study there are several aspects that business people must know, one of which is the financial aspect. Where these business people know the capital they spend and the profits they will get. In producing taro chips, the Lecker Jaya Waluyo production house does not yet know the benefits obtained clearly so that it has an impact on the development of this business. This research is a quantitative research by examining the Break Event Point, knowing the value of profits clearly and analyzing the benefits. From the results of research in 2017,2018,2019,2020, each calculation of break event point units is 9pcs/week, 17pcs/week, 22pcs/week, 15pcs/week and the rupiah break event point is Rp.171.796, respectively. Rp.355.529, Rp.314.154, Rp 272,562, and the profits in 2017,2028,2019,2020 were obtained respectively Rp. 116.648/week, Rp.100.004/week, Rp.187.103/week, Rp.99.758. Based on the analysis of the break event point, the taro chips business did not experience a loss because the initial capital obtained was reached and exceeded the selling point so that it made a profit.
