Abstrak The problem that occurs in Barokah Geprek is that the production implementation is not optimal where the production process has not gone through careful planning so that there is often an excess of raw materials and the number of products produced is not maximal. This study aims to obtain the most optimal model to be applied to Barokah Geprek production planning by solving using the simplex method and QM for windows as reference tools. From the optimization results using the goal programming model without priority produces geprek chicken production output as much as of 252 packages, of crispy squid 105 packages, the profit obtained is Rp. 2.762.975 and production costs are Rp. 2.592.025. From the optimization results using the goal programming model with target priorities produces geprek chicken production output as much as 302 packages, of crispy squid 105 packages, the profit obtained is Rp3.114.092, production costs are Rp2.966.773. To obtain maximum profit, Barokah Geprek is advised to use the goal programming model with target priority. Keywords: optimization, production planning, goal programming, simplex. |
