| Abstrak in the case of "Drug abuse where the problem is complex. Narcotics abuse is not a simple, independent event, but is the result of various factors which coincidentally intertwine into a phenomenon that is very detrimental to all parties involved. In fact, according to the Central Sulawesi BKD or the Central Sulawesi Regional Civil Service Agency, especially Palu City is in fourth place with the most narcotics users in Indonesia. so it is declared as the province with the highest level of drug users in Indonesia. This is based on the results of a 2019 survey conducted by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) together with the Center for Community and Cultural Research. Therefore, this research aims to find out which areas fall into the category of narcotics users, especially all districts in Central Sulawesi. By building a data grouping system for narcotics users with the help of the Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM) algorithm as a data calculation medium and Telegram bots as an information medium. In this study, the Silhouette Coefficient test results as Good Cluster. Keywords— K-Medoids, Bot Telegram, Clustering, narcotics. |
