| Abstrak Information systems are becoming increasingly needed in the current 5.0 industrial revolution, information systems can simplify all activities of everyone to speed up a job in an agency or agency, but information systems must be supported by good data security, which is limited from some access rights and also in need of a data security algorithm, data security is becoming increasingly needed because of the many data hacks that often occur via the internet. To maintain the confidentiality and integrity of data in exchanging data, a data security information system is needed. This research uses the RSA algorithm to secure the exchange of medical records. The RSA algorithm is a symmetric algorithm that uses two keys, namely the private key and the public key.
