Abstrak SIPENAEMAS (Research Management Information System and Community Service) is one of the existing systems at Tadulako University with the aim of managing the process of research and community service at Tadulako University based on information technology which has been officially used on Monday, February 3, 2020, based on a survey that has been conducted. conducted on several lecturers, it was found that most of the users still felt dissatisfied with the performance or user experience of Sipenaemas. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the problems or shortcomings of the system so that the level of maturity and finding appropriate recommendations to improve the performance of the Sipenaemas system was obtained. The method used in this study uses the ITIL V3 framework in the service design domain and service operation domain. What is used as a measurement of the level of maturity is to use the Maturity level. The results of this study are several recommendations and the maturity level of service design is worth 3.77 or level 4 and the maturity level of service operation is 3.33 or level 3. |
