Abstrak Food is a primary need for humans that cannot be released during life, especially corn crops. Corn (Zea mays) is one of the strategic cereals and has economic value because of its position as the second main source of carbohydrates and protein after rice. To get good results, technology is needed that can help agricultural extension workers to optimize land use based on land conditions (criteria) which are needed in decision making. There are 12 criteria assessed, including temperature, rainfall, humidity, drainage, texture, soil depth, peat thickness, pH h2o, salinity, alkalinity, sulfidic depth and slope using the Simple Additive Weighing (SAW) method. The basic concept of the Simple Additive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes, besides the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can also select the best alternative from a number of alternatives because there is a ranking process after determining the weight value for each attribute. . Based on the accuracy test that has been carried out using 10 samples of test data, the results obtained are 90?curacy. This indicates that the system is running well.
