Abstrak Transformer is an electrical device that can transfer and convert electrical energy from one and more electrical circuits to another, through a magnetic coupling and based on the principle of electromagneticinduction. The transformer used to distribute is the Distribution Transformer The transformer loading according to SPLN 17:1979 is 80% of the transformer capacity, so that the transformer life is long. Each phase must be balanced according to the sequence of phases. At the Pakuli feeder in Watubula Village, Dolo Subdistrict, Sigi Regency, there is a one-way PK5-BA distribution substation where the transformer is three-phase but only two-phase which consists of R and S phases. This study aims to evaluate the load distribution of the PK5-BA transformer which burdened by two phases. The research technique used is observation, namely the author takes initial data at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Palu City as a support, and direct data collection in Watubula Village. The data collected are: customer data that is loaded (phase R and S), and customer power data (Kwh) that is loaded (phase R and S) at the PK5 BA substation. Then processing calculations and analyzing data on loading and equalization of the PK5 BA transformer. The results obtained are that the distribution of the load on the PK5 BA substation has approached the average load, by transferring the load from the R phase to the S phase and T phase so that the loading results are IR (16.98 A), IS (16.98 A ), IT (16.98 A). Load distribution is carried out by rewiring (reconnecting) the customer's house connection from a heavy-loaded phase to a light-loaded phase so as to minimize load imbalances.
