| Abstrak Saiful Sanu (F22120060) Nalodo Disaster Risk Learning Center in Palu City (supervised by Mrs. Andi Jiba Rifai B, S.T., M.T., and Mrs. Nur Rahmanina B, S.T., M.T.) Central Sulawesi, particularly the city of Palu, has a high disaster risk due to its location along the active Matano-Palu Koro fault line. However, this high disaster risk is not matched by the community's level of knowledge and capacity in facing disaster threats. The Nalodo Disaster Risk Learning Center is designed to provide facilities for education, training, and information based on a disaster mitigation approach as a strategic step to reduce community vulnerability to surrounding disaster threats. This learning center is designed with an ecological architecture approach that integrates ecological elements into its design. This concept is implemented through the use of environmentally friendly local materials, optimization of passive design for natural lighting and ventilation, and efficient air resource management. Through an in-depth qualitative approach, this study analyzes local and contextual needs to design buildings that are disaster-responsive, sustainable, and oriented toward risk reduction. The Nalodo Disaster Risk Learning Center is expected not only to serve as an educational facility but also as a model of ecological architecture that can strengthen the preparedness of Central Sulawesi communities in facing disaster conditions.
