| Abstrak ABSTRACT Musmiyanto (Stb. F221 19 136). Public Service Mall in Sigi Regency (guided by Dr. Burhanuddin, ST., M.Sc) The study was conducted as the implementation of Law number 25 of 2009 on public services, which requires the government to accelerate the improvement of public services. A form of public service innovation to provide convenience, speed, affordability, security, and comfort to the public in getting services as well as increasing global competitiveness in providing ease of doing business in Indonesia. The problem of this research is how the concept and design of public service malls in Sigi Regency resulting in the design concept and design of public service malls. The research method used is the architectural design thinking method. The data was collected by observing similar objects through comparative studies and analyzed descriptively by producing discussion of macro and micro design concepts. The results of this study produce the design concept and design of public service malls in Sigi Regency with a box shape to optimize dynamic and formal spaces as well as for the safety of structures in earthquake-prone locations through an additive transformation process.
