| Abstrak ABSTRACT Muhammad Hidayat(Stb. F 221 13 033) Stadion Renang Tipe B Kota Palu (dibimbing oleh Muhammad Bakri dan Luthfi) The Research Objective of the Type B Swimming Stadium in Palu City is to design swimming sports facilities in Palu City because Palu City does not have such facilities and the pool which is the place of competition is a pool with tourism designations such as Porame Sigi swimming pool and Palu Winners pool. Data collection was carried out by direct observation of the swimming club practice site in the hammer with documentation and interviews with the coaches as well as athletes who continued to develop swimming sports in the city of Palu. Data collection is also done with literature studies and comparative studies which are using established guidelines and standards also based on national and international standard swimming stadiums in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the recommended Type B Pool Stadium in Palu City is onSoekarno Hattastreet Kel. Talise, Kec. Mantikulore is included in the area of sports designation. The conclusions obtained are the facilities recommended according to the Indonesian National Standard for Type B Stadiums, namely the existence of match pool facilities, beautiful diving pools, and training pools with a capacity of 2000 spectators and are outdoor.
