| Abstrak ABSTRACT Sigit Gustiawan (Id. F 221 12 013), "Post-Housing Evaluation, The Dormitory Housing Of Korem 132 Tadulako In Palu City". (Supervised by Lutfi and Andi Herniwati). The house is a human dwelling which is a human need in everyday life as a shelter, growth, and activities for individuals or the group of families. Because of the existence of changes or developments which are carried out by the occupants, it is necessary to evaluate the design of dormitory housing of Korem 132 Tadulako after occupied, in which it is expected to be able to realize a suitable housing for members of the Indonesian Army. The aim of this study was to conduct a post-occupational evaluation and produce recommendations for the design of the dormitory housing of Korem 132 Tadulako in Palu City. The method used was Qualitative Method, a technique of collecting data by filling out the questionnaire of the respondents involved. The data type in this research was to collect data through observation and study of literature, then grouping data based on habits and activity of user. The results of this study recommended a Dormitory Housing Design of Korem 132 Tadulako in Palu City. The objects analyzed were the descriptions of the changes in physical conditions made by the occupants on their homes, such as changes in the house wideness, type, function and layout of the space, appearance and structures of building. Then, these were classified based on the criteria determined and presented in a tabular form, and the results of the analysis were formulated to form the Dormitory Housing’s concepts and design of the Korem 132 Tadulako in Palu City.
