The development of information and communication technology has brought about significant changes in the transportation sector, leading to innovations aimed at enhancing online transportation services through smartphones. Currently, motorcycle taxis (ojek) have evolved into online-based services. The increasing number of online transportation users in Palu City naturally shapes user perceptions of the quality of online motorcycle taxi services in the city. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and perceptions of online motorcycle taxi users in Palu City. The analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the analysis revealed that user satisfaction and the quality of online motorcycle taxi services are primarily influenced by time as the most dominant factor, followed by accessibility, empathy, safety, and comfort. This is because online motorcycle taxis serve as a practical and flexible alternative mode of transportation, particularly at certain times, thereby improving travel time efficiency. The relationship between service quality and satisfaction was able to explain satisfaction with a score of 0.67, indicating that service quality has a strong influence on satisfaction. Saat ini angkutan umum beroda dua (ojek) mengalami evolusi dengan berbasis online. Semakin meningkatnya pengguna transportasi online di Kota Palu tentu memberikan persepsi pengguna terhadap kualitas pelayanan ojek online di Kota Palu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan persepsi pengguna ojek online di Kota Palu. Analisi dilakukan dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa persepi kepuasan pengguna, pelayanan ojek online di pengaruhi oleh waktu sebagai faktor yang paling dominan di ikuti dengan faktor aksesbilitas, empati, keselamatan dan kenyamanan. Hal ini disebabkan karna ojek online merupakan angkutan pengganti pada saat tertentu dan lebih praktis/fleksibel sehingga dapat mengefesienkan waktu perjalanan. Hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mampu menjelaskan kepuasan sebesar 0.67, hal ini menunjukan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh kuat terhadap kepuasan.
