| Abstrak RISIKO PENGOPERASIAN ALAT BERAT PADA PELAKSANAAN KONSTRUKSI JALAN AKES HUNTAP DONGGALA Iin Nursyafika1, Fahirah, F2, Adnan Fadjar3 ABSTRAK Infrastruktur memegang peranan penting sebagai salah satu penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Pembangunan di suatu bangsa. Di Indonesia, keberada an infrastruktur yang memadai sangat diperlukan. Pekerjaan konstruksi memungkinkan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, termasuk pekerjaan jalan, meskipun pekerjaan jalan tidak serumit pekerjaan lainnya, tetapi tidak boleh mengesampingkan risiko yang terjadi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai risiko pengoperasian alat berat pada pelaksanaan konstruksi Jalan Akses Hunian Tetap (Huntap) Donggala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode statistik deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara. Responden terdiri dari pihak kontraktor, konsultan, dan owner yang terlibat langsung dalam proyek. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner dilakukan dengan hasil seluruh item valid (r hitung > r tabel) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60). Analisis risiko dilakukan menggunakan matriks risiko berdasarkan nilai kemungkinan (likelihood) dan dampak (consequences). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 23 variabel risiko, dengan 3 risiko kategori tinggi, 14 risiko kategori sedang, dan 6 risiko kategori rendah. Risiko tertinggi meliputi material yang diangkut (nilai risiko 9,73), kerusakan alat berat (9,63), dan banyaknya deb u (8,24). Penanganan risiko yang direkomendasikan meliputi pelatihan operator, perawatan berkala, penyediaan peralatan cadangan, pengoperasian alat pelindung diri, pengaturan area kerja, serta pengendalian debu di lokasi proyek. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam manajemen risiko alat berat pada proyek konstruksi serupa di masa mendatang. In Indonesia, the presence of adequate infrastructure is essential. Construction work carries the risk of work accidents, including roadwork; although roadwork is not as complicated as other types of work, the associated risks should not be overlooked. This study aims to identify and assess the risks associated with heavy equipment operation in the construction of the Donggala Permanent Housing Access Road. The research method used is descriptive statistics with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The respondents consisted of contractors, consultants, and owners who were directly involved in the project. Validity and reliability tests were conducted on the questionnaire, and the results showed that all items were valid (r-count > r-table) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60). Risk analysis was performed using a risk matrix based on the values of likelihood and consequences. The results show that there are 23 risk variables, with 3 in the high- risk category, 14 in the medium-risk category, and 6 in the low-risk category. The highest risks include transported materials (risk value 9.73), heavy equipment damage (9.63), and excessive dust (8.24). Recommended risk mitigation measures include operator training, regular maintenance, provision of backup equipment, use of personal protective equipment, regulation of work areas, and dust control at the project site. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for heavy equipment risk management in similar construction projects in the future.
