| Abstrak TINJAUAN KEMBALI DAYA DUKUNG PONDASI BORE PILE PADA RUSUN PASPAMPRES IKN Jalin Subekti, Sriyati Ramadhani1, Jurair Patunrangi2 ABSTRAK Pembangunan Rusun Paspampres IKN menggunakan fondasi bore pile berdiameter 0,8 meter dengan kedalaman 16 meter. Penelitian ini menganalisis daya dukung aksial fondasi tiang tunggal menggunakan metode Meyerhoff, Luciano Decourt, dan Reese and Wright, serta daya dukung kelompok tiang dengan metode Converse-Labarre. Penurunan fondasi dihitung dengan metode empiris untuk tiang tunggal dan metode Vesic untuk kelompok tiang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai daya dukung aksial ijin terkecil sebesar 295,87 ton (Luciano Decourt, titik DB-09). Daya dukung kelompok tiang adalah 1351,51 ton, dengan penurunan tiang tunggal 2,28 cm dan kelompok tiang 4,84 cm. Kata Kunci: Fondasi bore pile, daya dukung aksial, IKN, Rusun Paspampres. REVIEW OF BORE PILE FOUNDATION BEARING CAPACITY AT PASPAMPRES APARTMENT IN IKN Jalin Subekti, Sriyati Ramadhani1, Jurair Patunrangi2 ABSTRACT The Paspampres IKN Apartment uses bore pile foundations with a diameter of 0.8 meters and a depth of 16 meters. This study analyzes the axial bearing capacity of single pile foundations using the Meyerhoff, Luciano Decourt, and Reese and Wright methods, as well as the bearing capacity of pile groups using the Converse-Labarre method. Settlement is calculated using the empirical method for single piles and the Vesic method for pile groups. The analysis results show the lowest allowable axial bearing capacity of 295.87 tons (Luciano Decourt, DB-09 point). The pile group bearing capacity is 1351.51 tons, with a single pile settlement of 2.28 cm and a pile group settlement of 4.84 cm.
