| Abstrak Pengaruh Hambatan Samping Terhadap Kinerja Jalan (StudiKasus: Ruas Jalan Tombolotutu Kota Palu) Agam Jaya. K¹, MuflihatunNurfadillah Efendy², Taslim Bahar³ ABSTRAK Kemacetan arus lalulintas di jalanTombolotutu Kota Palu pada jam sibuk salah satunya disebabkan oleh terjadinya pengurangan lebar jalur lalulintas akibat parkir di badan jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh penyempitan jalur lalulintas akibat kendaraan parkir di badan jalan terhadap kinerja ruas jalan Tombolotutu Kota Palu. Data volume lalulintas, waktu tempuh, hambatan samping dan pengurangan lebar jalur lalulintas dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung dilapagngan.Metode yang digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh pengurangan lebar jalur lalulintas akibat parkir di badan jalan menggunakan metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) tahun 2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama dua hari yaitu hari senin pagi dan sore mewakili waktu kerja,sabtu pagi dan sore mewakili waktu libur. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa derajad kejenuhan Jalan Tombolotutu tanpa penyempitan jalur lalulintas akibat parkir di badan jalan adalah 0,17 dan setelah adanya penyempitan jalur lalulintas menjadi 0,21. Hasil penelitianini juga mendapatkan bahwa Tingkat Pelayanan jalan tanpa adanya penyempitan jalur lalulintas akibat parkir di badan jalan adalah (LOS) A dan setelah adanya penyempitan jalur lalulintas menjadi (LOS) B. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Narrowing the traffic lane due to parking vehicles on the road on the performance of theTombolotutuPalu City. Data on traffic volume, travel time, side barriers and reduced traffic lane widths are collected through direct surveys in the field. The method used to see the effect of reducing the width of traffic lanes due to parking on roads uses the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) method.Data collection was conducted over two days, namely Monday morning and afternoon representing working hours, Saturday morning and afternoon representing holidays. The results of the study found that the degree of saturationof Jalan Tombolotutuwithout Narrowing the traffic lanes due to parking on the road body was 0,17 and after the Narrowing of the traffic lanes it became 0,21. The results of this study also found that the level of road service without any Narrowing of traffic lanes due to parking on the road body was (LOS) A and after Narrowing of traffic lanes became (LOS) B.
