| Abstrak ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGHUNI HUNIAN TETAP (HUNTAP) PASCA GEMPA DI KOTA PALU (STUDI KASUS HUNIAN TETAP DUYU) Munawwara, Fahirah,F ABSTRAK Terjadinya gempa dahsyat di kota Palu pada tanggal 28 September 2018, menyebabkan banyaknya sarana dan prasarana yang ada di daerah terdampak mengalami kerusakan, terutama kerusakan yang terjadi pada tempat tinggal masyarakat sekitar. Hunian tetap . Duyu merupakan salah satu respon pemerintah terhadap terjadinya bencana gempa bumi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan penghuni Hunian tetap di Kelurahan Duyu pasca bencana gempa bumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan persentase. Berdasarkan persamaan Slovin, diperoleh 70 responden yang dapat mewakili 230 populasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 5 (lima) faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan penghuni Hunian Tetap pasca gempa di Kota Palu yaitu faktor lokasi, faktor sarana, faktor prasarana, faktor desain dan faktor teknis. Sedangkan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan penghuni Hunian Tetap (Huntap), berdasarkan metode analisis statisktik deskriptif dan persentase diperoleh hasil untuk faktor sarana persentase tanggapan responden sebesar 72,93 % dimana menurut tabel kriteria tanggapan responden adalah memuaskan, faktor lokasi memiliki persentase sebesar 68,57 % yang berarti memuaskan, faktor keandalan bangunan persentase sebesar 64.00 % yang berarti memuaskan, faktor prasarana memiliki persentase sebesar 54,36 % yang berarti cukup memuaskan dan yang terakhir faktor prasarana memiliki persentase sebesar 52,29 % yang berarti cukup memuaskan. . This study aims to determine the factors that influence the satisfaction level of the residents of permanent housing in Duyu village after the earthquake. This study was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis and percentage method. Based on the Slovin equations, there were 70 respondents who could represent 230 populations. The results of this study were obtained 5 (five) factors that influence the satisfaction level of residents of permanent housing after the earthquake in Palu city. Namely location factor, facilities factor, infrastructure factor, design factor, and technical factor. Whereas to measure the level of satisfaction of the residents of permanent housing based on descriptive statistical analysis and percentage method, the results were obtained for the facilities factor with a percentage of respondent responses of 72,93%, where according to the respondents’ responses criteria table it is satisfactory, percentage of location factor of 68,57%, which means satisfactory, percentage of building reliability factor of 64,00%,which means it is satisfactory, percentage of infrastructure factor of 54,36%, which means it is quite satisfactory, and the last factor is the design factor that has a percentage of 52,29%, which means it is quite satisfactory. .
