| Abstrak Work accidents are accidents that occur in connection with work, including illnesses that arise due to work relations, as well as accidents that occur on the way to and from work, work safety and work health are part of maintaining human resources. Work accidents can occur to workers and also to the tools used because they do not comply with safety standards. Various efforts have been made to reduce the level of work accidents, namely technical solutions, regulations and human-related factors. The causes of work accidents can be divided into two groups, the first group is mechanical and environmental factors, which include everything other than human factors. The second group is human factors. From this problem it is known that the Occupational Health and Safety Management System has not been implemented optimally. So there are still many aspects of work that do not prioritize occupational health and safety aspects. Apart from that, service providers are also expected to be more assertive and pay attention to workers and the personal protective equipment provided so that everything is in accordance with applicable regulations. One effort to handle and reduce the number of work accidents is to implement a Construction Safety Plan for service providers to ensure that the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in this research uses the SPSS (Statistical Program For Science) application and multiple linear regression as testing methods. data to determine the relationship between construction safety plans and the availability of personal protective equipment at service providers in the city of Palu. Adequate facilities and infrastructure support the Work Safety Plan in supporting the K3 Management System on each work project. |
