Abstrak The Pramuka street section connects office, education, housing, health centers, and trading activities area. The Pramuka street section is extremely useful for sectoral movements in the Sigi Regency area. Based on visual observations in the field, the Pramuka Street section currently has a lot of damage. It can be seen that at several points, the road surface is severely damaged, disrupting the comfort and safety of motorists. The objective of this study was to assess the condition of Pramuka Street and compared the level of damage assessment and treatment options using the IKP and IRI methods. The IKP, which measures the roughness of the road surface, was used to assess the functional condition of the road, whereas the IRI was obtained using the Roughometer III, which measures the roughness of the road surface. According to the findings of the analysis, the functional conditions of Pramuka Street with the IKP method had varying percentages of conditions, namely very good conditions 47%, good 6%, moderate 17%, bad 8%, severe 12%, very severe 4%, and destroyed 6%, whereas the IRI method severely damaged condition 48%, moderate 36%, and good condition 16%. The comparison of assessments was dominated by different data due to several aspects such as different data collection, the IKP method was visually while IRI used tools, another aspect, namely the rating scale was different. Types of handling damage to Pramuka Street IKP method of damage handling was routine maintenance, structure improvement, and reconstruction, whereas the IRI method was routine maintenance and structure improvement.
