Abstrak The Central Sulawesi High Attorney Office building project is a six-story building with a total height of 29.20 m. The selection of the pile foundation sees the condition of the depth of the hard soil and the magnitude of the load carried by the foundation. The purpose of this paper is to plan a pile foundation that meets the safety factor (FS), the value of the permissible bearing capacity (Qa), foundation settlement and to analyze the interaction between the soil and the pile foundation using the PLAXIS 3D application and compare the results of the calculation of test data such as (Standard Penetration Test) as many as 6 points. Calculation of building loads through structural calculation analysis using the SAP2000 v.22 application. Based on the results of SAP2000, the axial load (Qv) is 625,92 Ton. The dimensions of the pile foundation used are 0.6 meters in diameter and 15 meters deep. The value of the permit bearing capacity (Qa) used is the smallest bearing capacity (Qa) value, namely in the calculation of the SPT data using the Mayerhof Bazara method. ). The greatest value from the PLAXIS 3D analysis, namely the displacement of the load (displacement) in the z direction is taken as the settlement value, which is 80 mm. Comparing the results of the PLAXIS 3D analysis with the SPT data calculation method, the ultimate bearing capacity value (Qu) for the PLAXIS 3D analysis is 2940 ton and from the calculation of the Mayerhof Bazara SPT data it is 1746,452 ton. The settlement value for PLAXIS 3D analysis is 80 mm, while from the calculation of SPT data the Mayerhof Bazara method is obtained the largest settlement is 40 mm.
