Abstrak EVALUASI SIMPANG BERSINYAL JALAN SISINGAMANGARAJA – Jl. Prof. Ir. MOH. YAMIN – Jl. Ir. JUANDA – Jl. VETERAN KOTA PALU Assa’adathul Chairah Ilham, Syamsul Arifin ABSTRAK Persimpangan adalah pertemuan dua atau lebih ruas jalan yang dapat berupa pertemuan jalan dengan kelas jalan yang sama maupun kelas jalan yang berbeda. Adanya pertemuan jalan ini menimbulkan konflik dari berbagai arah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja persimpangan dan memberikan alternative pemecahan masalah pada persimpangan. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara mengevaluasi kinerja simpang meliputi kondisi awal simpang serta menghitung derajat kejenuhan, panjang antrian, dan tundaan berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Dari hasil yang diperoleh bahwa nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) untuk simpang bersinyal adalah pada Jalan Sisingamangaraja DS = 0,71, Jalan Ir. Juanda = 0,32, Jalan Prof. Ir. Moh. Yamin = 0,97, dan Jalan Veteran = 0,96. Untuk tundaan rata-rata pada Jalan Sisingamangaraja = 30,09 (LOS D), Jalan Ir. Juanda = 36,68 (LOS D), Jalan Prof. Ir. Moh. Yamin = 76,51 (LOS F), dan Jalan Veteran = 76,27 (LOS F). Dari hasil analisis tersebut dilakukan 3 alternatif untuk simpang tersebut. Dan yang disarankan adalah alternatif 3 yaitu memperlebar pendekat selatan dan timur sehingga diperoleh simpang Jalan Sisingamangaraja DS = 0,71, Jalan Ir. Juanda = 0,32, Jalan Prof. Ir. Moh. Yamin = 0,75, dan Jalan Veteran = 0,67. Untuk tundaan rata-rata pada Jalan Sisingamangaraja = 30,09 (LOS D), Jalan Ir. Juanda = 36,68 (LOS D), Jalan Prof. Ir. Moh. Yamin = 33,35 (LOS D), dan Jalan Veteran = 29,82 (LOS D). Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Simpang Bersinyal, Kinerja, MKJI 1997 INTERSECTION EVALUATION ON SISINGAMANGARAJA ROAD – Prof. Ir. MOH. This study aims to analyze the performance of the intersection and provide alternative solutions to problems at the intersection. The analysis was carried out by evaluating the performance of the intersection including the initial conditions of the intersection and calculating the degree of saturation, queue length, and delay based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. From the results obtained, the degree of saturation (DS) value for the intersection with signal is on Sisingamangaraja road DS = 0.71, Ir. Juanda road = 0.32, Prof. Ir. Moh. Yamin road = 0.97, and Veteran road = 0.96. For average delays on Sisingamangaraja road = 30.09 (LOS D), Ir. Juanda road = 36.68 (LOS D), Prof. Ir. Moh. Yamin road = 76.51 (LOS F), and Veteran road = 76.27 (LOS F). From the results of the analysis, 3 alternative were carried out for the intersection. And what is recomended is alternative 3 that is to widen the south and east approaches so that the intersection of Sisingamangaraja street DS = 0.71, Ir. Juanda street = 0.32, Prof. Ir. Moh. Yamin street = 0.75, and Veteran street = 0.67. For the average delay on Sisingamangaraja street = 30.09 (LOS D), Ir. Juanda street = 36.68 (LOS D), Prof. Ir. Moh.
