Abstrak
PERBANDINGAN NILAI EMP SEPEDA MOTOR PADA SIMPANG TAK BERSINYAL BERDASARKAN METODE SPEED DAN OCCUPANCY TIME Sofyan, Ratnasari ABSTRAK Kota Palu memiliki mobilitas pengguna jalan dan kepadatan kendaraan yang cukup tinggi, sehingga menyebabkan perkembangan karakteristik lalu lintas mengalami kemajuan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan pada pola mobilisasi dan karakteristik lalu lintas pada simpang tak bersinyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan nilai EMP hasil analisis dengan nilai EMP yang ada pada MKJI 1997. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Simpang Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai – Jalan Tavanjuka Mas dan Simpang Jalan Setia Budi – Jalan Tadulako dengan metode penelitian Speed dan metode penelitian occupancy time. Yang di mana nilai EMP metode speed untuk lokasi jalan Gusti Ngurah Rai – Tavanjuka mas = 0,23 dan untuk metode Occupancy time = 0,24 sementara di jalan Setia Budi – Tadulako untuk metode speed memiliki nilai EMP = 0,16 dan untuk metode Occupancy time memiliki nilai = 0,23. Nilai EMP untuk metode Occupancy time lebih tinggi karena metode ini memperhitungkan lebar kendaraan beserta waktu tempuh kendaraan pada simpang itu sendiri Kata kunci; EMP, Sepeda Motor, Occupancy Time, Simpang tak bersinyal COMPARISON OF MOTORCYCLE PCE VALUES ON UNSIGNALED INTERSECTIONS BASED ON THE SPEED AND OCCUPANCY TIME METHOD Sofyan, Ratnasari ABSTRACT Palu city has a mobility of road users and a fairly high density of vehicles, causing the development of traffic characteristics at non-signaled intersections to progress which has resulted in changes in mobilization patterns and traffic characteristics at non-signaled intersections which affect changes in EMP values. This study aims to compare the EMP value of the analysis results with the EMP value in the 1997 MKJI. This research is located at Interchange I Gusti Ngurah Rai – Road Tavanjuka Mas and Interchange Setia Budi – Road Tadulako with Speed research method and occupancy time research method. Which is where the EMP value of the speed method for the location of the Gusti Ngurah Rai – Tavanjuka mas road = 0.23 and for the Occupancy time method = 0.24 while on the Setia Budi – Tadulako road for the speed method has an EMP value = 0.16 and for the Occupancy time method it has a value = 0.23.
