| Abstrak Ojek online transportation is a transportation that can be ordered using internet technology by utilizing applications on smartphones. This research aims to find out the characteristics of drivers and users of ojek online and to find out the characteristics of ojek online operation. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it shows that the gender of ojek online drivers is male (100%) and starts operating as a driver around 2 years (52%) with the age of the driver between 20 years to 24 years (28%), the driver’s last education is SMA/SLTP (80%) and the average number of passengers around 10 to 15 people (48%). While the result of the questionnaire on the caracteristics of ojek online users show the dominant of the female genre (58%) with the type of student worker (42,20%) the reason for using ojek online is that there are no other vehicles (44,2%) with the destination of dominant users is shopping (37,6%). For the caracteristics of ojek online operations, the distance traveled is more tandistance of more than 30 km (36%) with te operating hours about 7 hours to 10 hours (52%), ojek online trips that are considered good (61.5%) and the order cancellation quite often (48%). |
