| Abstrak The earthquake which accompanied by a tsunami and liquefaction occurred in Palu City on September 28, 2018, has become a very important historical record in conducting disaster impact management studies, including early mitigation studies, among others, through preparedness efforts from many parties, especially people living in disaster-prone areas. Therefore, this study aims to identify what factors affect the preparedness of the community in facing disasters on the use of infrastructure which is described through the attitudes and behavior of the community towards disaster threats. The method used in this research is data collection by distributing questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics are used to collect, process and present quantitative data in the form of numbers that indicate ranking. Data processing was carried out using the Static Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Program to test reliable questions and the Relative Rank Index (RRI) technique which will show the value of the factors that affect community preparedness. Based on the results of the study showed that 5 factors that most affect the community preparedness with the value of RRI highest: Factors Dissemination and Extension Disaster is ranked first by value RRI (0862), ranking second factor Readiness Early Warning (0790), ranking third factor Resource Mobilization (0.783), the fourth rank is Knowledge and Attitude Factor (0.771) and the fifth rank is the Emergency Response System Factor (0.663). In the research the community also hopes that residential planning can continue, considering that there are still many disaster victims who have not yet received a proper home to live in. |
