| Abstrak Elektronic selection is a method of selecting construction consulting service providers. However in it’s implementation, you must first know what are the factors that determine success in the implementation of electronic selection. To determine the factors of success, 80 questionnaires were distributed to consulting firms in the city of Palu who were involved in electronic selection. From the total sample, 51 respondents returned the questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using the Relative Rank Index (RRI) technique and the support of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software. The results showed 10 factors that most influenced electronic auction services, which consisted of 3 factors from the aspect of technological capability, namely the availability of internet services and the availability of reliable and affordable ICT infrastructure, and document security systems. 5 factors from the aspect of human resources, namely understanding the meaning, benefits and objectives, conducting routine education and training, ICT knowledge, knowing regulations, and the existence of policies and laws. Meanwhile, only 2 factors from management and organizational aspects are included in the top 10, namely senior manager leadership, culture and work environment.
