Abstrak
ABSTRAK Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan virus dengan tingkat perkembangan dan penyebaran cepat sejak bulan November 2019. Pekerjaan konstruksi merupakan satuan kegiatan pembangunan yang melibatkan sumber daya manusia sehingga situasi ini tentunya sangat berpengaruh terhadap sektor Pekerjaan Konstruksi. Studi ini dilakukan untuk meneliti keberlangsungan usaha kontraktor skala menengah di masa pandemi di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap kontraktor skala menengah di Kota Palu. Kuesioner yang telah disebarkan diolah menggunakan metode analisis data statistik deskriptif, Realibility Cronbach’s Alpha, dan Persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberlangsungan usaha kontraktor skala menengah di Kota Palu Cukup Baik, berdasarkan beberapa faktor yaitu (1) Pangsa Pasar Cukup Baik (71,85%) (2) Kontrak kerja cukup baik (69,13%), (3) Rantai Pasok cukup baik (66,741%) dan (4) Produktifitas Cukup baik (67,036%), serta (5) Kondisi Keuangan Baik (81,825%). Kata kunci : COVID-19, Keberlangsungan Usaha, Kontraktor Skala Menengah ABSTRACT Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a virus with a rapid rate of development and spread since November 2019. Construction work is a unit of development activity that involves human resources, so this situation will certainly greatly affect the Construction Work sector. This study was conducted to examine the sustainability of medium-scale contractor businesses during the pandemic in Palu City. This study uses a survey method through distributing questionnaires to medium-scale contractors in Palu City. The distributed questionnaires were processed using descriptive statistical data analysis methods, Realibility Cronbach's Alpha, and Percentage. The results showed that the business continuity of medium-scale contractors in Palu City was quite good, based on several factors, namely (1) market share was quite good (71.85%) (2) work contracts were quite good (69.13%), (3) supply chain quite good (66.741%) and (4) Productivity is quite good (67.036%) as well as (5) Good financial condition (81.825%).
