| Abstrak Huntap Pombewe is one of the permanent residences (HUNTAP) built by the government after the relocation of temporary housing (HUNTARA). This research is motivated by the level of public satisfaction with the condition of Permanent Housing, especially Huntap Pombewe which was built by the government for people who are homeless due to natural disasters. The purpose of this study is to evaluate community satisfaction with fixed housing conditions and factors that affect community satisfaction. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the community occupying HUNTAP POMBEWE as many as 83 respondents. Data processing using the ImportancePerformance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that the residents of Huntap Pombewe had been satisfied with Huntap's condition with an average satisfaction index value of 94%. Based on the cartesian diagram there are 9 Question attributes in quadrant II that are considered important and intheir execution have met the expectations of the occupants of the Pombewe huntap. The question attributes in quadrant II are as follows: (P11) Road conditions Width and road surface, (P13) Provision of clean water, (P14) Provision of green open space, (P15) Provision of power grid, (P16) Landfill, (P17) Quality of doors, frames, and windows, (P18) Quality of house floors, (P19) Quality of house walls, and (P20) Quality of roofs and ceilings.
