| Abstrak POTRET KOMPETENSI KERJA TUKANG PASANG BATA SULAWESI TENGAH (STUDI KASUS PROYEK GEDUNG DI KOTA PALU) Dwy Wisnu Widjakmangunnarto1, Andi Asnudin2 ABSTRAK Kompetensi tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dan kelancaran suatu proyek konstruksi. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung memerlukan tenaga kerja yang berpengetahuan dan terlatih, serta memiliki sertifikat yang sesuai dengan bidangnya. Namun tidak semua tenaga kerja konstruksi mempunyai sertifikat, tanpa terkecuali tukang pasang bata. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kerja dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi demi menjaga kualitas pekerjaan adalah berupa penerapan standar kompetensi bagi tenaga kerja. Penerapan kompetensi ini dimaksudkan agar setiap tenaga kerja termasuk tukang pasang bata memiliki standar pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku yang sesuai guna untuk menunjang suatu pelaksanaan konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kompetensi tukang pasang bata dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi proyek gedung yang mengacu pada Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 tukang pasang bata yang ada di Kota Palu, kemudian data diolah dengan teknik relative rank index (RRI). Hasil study menunjukkan bahwa tukang pasang bata yang ada di Kota Palu telah menerapkan standar kompetensi kerja sesuai dengan SKKNI. 80% sampai dengan 90% penerapan kompetensi kerja oleh tukang pasang bata yang ada di Kota Palu telah diterapkan dengan sangat baik. PORTRAIT OF WORK COMPETENCE IN CENTRAL SULAWESI BRICK WORK (CASE STUDY OF BUILDING PROJECTS IN PALU CITY) Dwy Wisnu Widjakmangunnarto1, Andi Asnudin2 ABSTRACT Labor competency is one of the things that influences the success and smoothness of a construction project. In the implementation of building construction projects requires a workforce that is knowledgeable and trained, and has a certificate in accordance with their fields. However, not all construction workers have certificates, without exception, bricklayers. To improve the ability of workers in implementing construction projects in order to maintain the quality of work is in the form of applying competency standards for workers. The application of this competency is intended so that each workforce including bricklayers has the appropriate standards of knowledge, skills and behavior in order to support a construction implementation. This study aims to determine the application of the competence of bricklayers in the implementation of building construction work that refers to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 bricklayers in Palu City, then the data was processed using the relative rank index (RRI) technique. The study results show that bricklayers in Palu City have implemented work competency standards in accordance with SKKNI. 80% to 90% the application of work competence by bricklayers in Palu City has been implemented very well.
