Abstrak
TINJAUAN KECEPATAN KENDARAAN PADA KORIDOR JALAN IMAM BONJOL – JALAN DIPONEGORO PALU Muhammad Attas, Muhammad Kasan, Arief Setiawan ABSTRAK Kecepatan merupakan laju pergerakan yang ditandai dengan besaran yang menunjukkan jarak yang di tempuh kendaraan dibagi dengan waktu tempuh. Kecepatan merupakan parameter yang penting khusus dalam design jalan dan sebagai informasi mengenai kondisi perjalanan, tingkat pelayanan dan kualitas arus lalu lintas. Kecepatan kendaraan yang diamati pada koridor jalan Imam Bonjol- jalan Diponegoro Palu dianalisis menggunakan metode Time Mean Speed (TMS) dab Space Mean Speed (SMS) berdasarkan data Spot Speed untuk melihat perbandingan kecepatan yang diperoleh dengan PP. No 34 Tahun 2006 tentang Jalan. Hasil analisis Time Mean Speed dan Space Mean Speed didapatkan nilai kecepatan rata-rata yaitu pada hari Selasa pada arah 1 (Arah Timur-Barat) Time Mean Speed = 40,56 km/jam; Space Mean Speed = 39,30 km/jam; dan arah 2 (Arah Barat-Timur) Time Mean Speed = 40,01 km/jam; Space Mean Speed = 38,70 km/jam. Sedangkan pada hari Sabtu nilai rata-rata yang didapat yaitu pada arah 1 (Arah Timur-Barat ) Time Mean Speed = 40,55 km/jam; Space Mean Speed = 39,57 km/jam; dan arah 2 (Arah Barat-Timu r) Time Mean Speed = 40,01 km/jam; Space Mean Speed = 38,86 km/jam. Dari hasil analisis, kecepatan yang didapatkan berada di bawah kecepatan rencana dari PP. No. 34 Tahun 2006 Tentang Jalan yaitu kecepatan rencana pada jalan arteri primer adalah 60 km/jam. Kata Kunci: Spot Speed, Time Mean Speed, Space Mean Speed OVERVIEW OF VEHICLE SPEED AT THE ROAD CORRIDOR IMAM BONJOL –DIPONEGORO STREET OF PALU Muhammad Attas, Muhammad Kasan, Arief Setiawan ABSTRACK Speed is the rate of movement that is marked by a magnitude that shows the distance traveled by the vehicle divided by the travel time. Speed is an important parameter specifically in road design and as information about travel conditions, service levels and quality of traffic flow. Vehicle speeds observed on the Imam Bonjol Jalan-Diponegoro Palu corridor were analyzed using the Time Mean Speed (TMS) method and Space Mean Speed (SMS) based on Spot Speed data to see the comparison of speeds obtained with PP. No 34 of 2006 concerning roads. The results of Time Mean Speed and Space Mean Speed analysis showed that the average speed value was on Tuesday in direction 1 (East -West Direction) Time Mean Speed = 40.56 km / hour; Space Mean Speed = 39.30 km / hr; and direction 2 (West-East Direction) Time Mean Speed = 40.01 km / hr; Space Mean Speed = 38.70 km / hour. Whereas on Saturday the average value obtained is in the direction 1 (East-West Direction) Time Mean Speed = 40.55 km / hour; Space Mean Speed = 39.57 km / hour; and direction 2 (West-East Direction) Time Mean Speed = 40.01 km / hr; Space Mean Speed = 38.86 km / hour. From the analysis results, the speed obtained is below the planned speed of the PP. No. 34 of 2006 concerning Roads namely the planned speed on primary arterial roads is 60 km / hour.
