Abstrak
Marketing is a key factor in the succes of a business, including in the agricultural product processing industy. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the pasundan banana chip home industry in palu city. Given the rapid competitio in the banana chip processing industry in palu city, in the implementation of an effective markerting strategy is essential to increase sales volume, strengthen brand image, and maintain customer loyalty. This research user a descriptive approach with data obtained through observations and direct interviews with the pasundan home industry managers. The results indicate that the pasundan banana chip industry needs to make improvements in four aspects of the marketing mix: product, price, promotion, and distribution. Further discussion on marketing strategies that can enhance the competitiveness of pasundan banana chips is also presented in this journal.
