| Abstrak Factors Affecting the Income of Oil Palm Farmers in Rio Mukti Village, Rio Pakava District This research aims to determine the influence of Production, Labor Wages, Capital and Prices on the income of oil palm farmers. This research was carried out in April - June 2024. Determining respondents in this study used a simple random sampling method, to determine the number of respondents studied was calculated using the Slovin formula. The sample size studied was 39 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research show that the income of oil palm farmers is IDR. 9,219,672 and production reached 5,476 kg which was obtained in a period of 3 harvests in one month. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that all variables have a significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers. At the value of the Coefficient of Determination = ????2, the value obtained is 0.892 and the F value obtained is 1057.107, while at the t value, the significance value is 0.00 < 0 xss=removed> ????????????????????????, which means the hypothesis is proven, then H? is rejected and H? is accepted as the variables Production, Labor Wages, Capital and Price are proven to influence the income of oil palm farmers in Rio Mukti Village, District Rio Pakava District Dongga |
