Abstrak
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas aryawan di UKM Tahu Super Afifah Kota Palu dengan Pendekatan (Abrahan? Maslow) Penclitsan menggunakan pendekatari kuantitatif Pengumpulan data menggunakan anglet questiones, wawancara dan pengarnatan langsung. Analises data dilakukan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi Maltiple (Berganda) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan haul penelitian dapat empulkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengarah signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di UKM Tahu Super Afifah Keta Palu. Besarnya kontribuo variabel motivasi (berdasarkan nilai R Square) variabel motivasi kerja mampu menjelaskan persentase tertentu dari variasi produktivitas karyawan yang mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi kerja adalah faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, meskipun ada faktor lain yang juga berkontribusi Pengaruh signifikan diketahun dari hasil (Uji 10. Data collection wing questionnaires, interviews and direct observation. Data analysis is carried out by classical assumption tests and Multiple regression analysis. The tesults of the study indicate that Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable simultaneously has a significant effect on employee productivity at UKM Tahu Super Afifah, Palu City. The magnitude of the contribution of the motivation variable (based on the R Square value) of the work motivation variable is able to explain a certain percentage of the variation in employee productivity which indicates that work motivation is an important factor in increasing productivity, although there are other factors that also contribute Significant influences are known from the results (t-test): (1) health insurance (X2) and self-development (X5) have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, in accordance with basic needs and self-actualization in Maslow's theory: (2) the provision of vacation quotas (X1) has a significant but negative effect, meaning that a balance is needed in providing vacations so as not to reduce productivity: (3) Teamwork (X3) and bonus provision (X4) do not have a significant partial effect, indicating that in the context of this SME, social aspects and financial rewards have not become dominant factors in work motivation This finding strengthens Maslow's theory that fulfilling physiological and security needs (through health insurance and vacation allowance) and self-actualization needs (self-development) are the main factors that motivate employees to increase productivity Social and reward needs need to be tudied further in this context.
