| Abstrak Coconuts are the most economically valuable part, because coconuts can add coconut products to various kinds of processed products such as coconut oil, coconut sugar, and the white and hard flesh of coconuts can be taken and dried to become a product that has sufficient selling value. high and has become a trading commodity called copra, but the problem that coconut farmers often face is the excess stock of copra on the market which is the cause of the decline in copra prices because copra production among farmers increases, where abundant production has an impact on decreasing copra prices, causing price fluctuations . This research aims to find out how much added value farmers obtain from processing coconut into copra in Alindau Village, Sindue Tobata District, Donggala Regency. The data analysis used is the hayami method of added value analysis which is a good method and can be used to determine the amount of added value obtained by supply chain actors to determine output value and productivity. The research results show that the profit received by coconut farmers in Alindau Village in one harvest/quarter is IDR 469.16/kg, the labor coefficient is 0.002 and the value-added ratio is 0.39%. Processing coconuts into copra in Alindau Village provides added value of IDR 657.16 and the profit rate given is 0.71%. |
