| Abstrak This research was conducted in Palu City, located at the Indonesian bureau of logistics public company warehouse , Jl. RE Martadinata, Tondo Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City, in January – February 2023. The location was determined purposively. The research respondents were the head of leadership and warehouse staff, totaling four people. The data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. The analysis used is EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), safety stock, and maximum inventory. The supply flow of rice starts from the Central Sulawesi Drive, asking the Sub Drive to provide rice. After Sub Drive receives orders or directions from Drive Central Sulawesi, Sub Drive negotiates contracts with work partners. The results of the analysis obtained show that the economic order quantity (EOQ) in 2020 was 624.52 tons/year with an order frequency of 30 times, while the economic order quantity (EOQ) in 2021 was 387.43 tons/year with an order frequency of 22 times. The amount of safety stock in 2020 and 2021. The amount safety stock in 2020 was 4,760.58 metric tons per year and the amount of safety stock in 2021 was 2,148.06 metric tons per year, with an average of 3,454.32 metric tons. In 2020, the maximum inventory was 5,385.10 tons/year, while the maximum in 2021 was 2,535.54 tons/year, with an average of 3,960.32 tons.
