| Abstrak This research was conducted at UKM Raja Bawang on Abdul Rahman Saleh Street No.33 Palu, from January to February 2024. The location was determined intentionally ( purposively ). The determination of respondents was also carried out intentionally ( purposively ), namely one company leader and 3 employees who actively participate in production at UKM Raja Bawang, so that the number of respondent was 4. The data collection used direct interviews with respondents and questionnaire. The data analysis used the analysis of income obtained from the fried onion business at UKM Raja Bawang per month, in 2023 , which was IDR 36,351,501. The average production of fried onions at UKM Raja Bawang, in 2023 was, 1,466 kg of raw onions and after being processed into fried onions, 325.5 kg of fried onions were packaged in 100 gram, 250 gram, and 500 gram packages. Fried unions in 100 gram packaging produced 1302 packages with a price per package of Rp. 30,000, 250 gram packaging produced 390 packages with a price of Rp. 75,000 per package and 500 gram jar packaging produced 194 packages with a price of Rp. 150 per package. So that the total income was Rp. 97,410,000 per month, in 2023. While the total cost incurred per month in 2023 was Rp. 61,058,499. Keywords: Fried Onions, Production, Income. |
