| Abstrak Banua Coklat is a company engaged in the Agro-industry sector that utilizes cocoa as an ingredient for making chocolate products. This research aims at determining the amount of inventory of safety raw materials that must be provided, to know when is the right time for Banua Chocolate SMEs to reorder raw material supplies, to know the predetermined amount is the most economical purchase of raw materials, and to find out the total cost of inventory chocolate ingredients. This research took place at the SMEs of Banua Coklat which was carried out for 1 year from January to December 2022. The results of this research indicate that the management of raw material inventory at Banua Coklat SMEs, the number of orders for Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of chocolate raw materials at Banua Coklat SMEs in January - December averages 127 kg with an average purchase frequency of 3 times each month, the raw material safety stock that must be available at the Banua Coklat SMEs is 110 Kg, Reorders that must be made by the Banua Coklat SMEs in January - December 2022 when the total raw material inventory in the Warehouse is 119,653 kg, and the total cost of raw material inventory issued by SMEs Banua Coklat in the amount of RP. 3,027,029. |
