Abstrak This study aims to determine how much the ptofitability value of crispy shrimp products at UD Hj.Mbok Sri in the Palu City. The method of determination of the respondents that is done intentionally (purposive), with the observed and interview directly with a leader, manager and 3 employees who process or make crispy shrimp so that the total respondents in this studi were 5 people. The analysis used is the analysis of cost, acceptance analysis, revenue analysis, and profitability analysis. The results of the analysis show that the fixed costs for the production of crispy shrimp is Rp. 14.531.466 and variable costs of Rp. 4.270.000 so that the total cost of producing crispy shrimp is Rp. 18.801.466 while for the total receipy of crispy shrimp of Rp. 19.800.000 so that the total income received by UD Hj.Mbok Sri from 100 Gram packaged crispy shrimp products is Rp. 9.900.000. The results of the profitability analysis show that the ability of investment and capital issued to produce is very oog which is indicated by the value of RoI and RoE which increased from Januari to February od each of 0,16?n 3,80%. |
