| Abstrak ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much income products fish chili sauce tuna on ikm hj. mbok sri in the palu city and to know how large the value of the break even point products fish chili sauce tuna on ikm hj. mbok sri in the palu city.The method of determination of the respondents that is done intentionally (purposive), with the observed and interview directly with a leader, manager and 1 employees who process or make sambal tuna fish so that the total respondents in this study as many as 3 people. The analysis used is the analysis of cost, acceptance analysis, revenue analysis, and break-even point analysis. The results of the analysis show that the fixed costs for the production of fish sauce tuna Rp. 862.319 and variable costs Rp. 3.288.574 so the total cost of production sambal fish chili sauce tuna that is equal to Rp. 4.150.000, while the total receipts of fish chili sauce tuna Rp. 8.600.000 so that the total revenue received by the IKM Hj. Mbok Sri of products s fish chili sauce tuna packaging bottle 125 grams of Rp. 4.449.107. The Break even point for a product fish chili sauce tuna packaging bottle 125 grams in IKM Hj. Mbok Sri achieved at the time of the sales volume reached 56 bottle Units with the reception of Rp. 1.396.241. Keywords : Break Even Point Analysis, Products fish chili sauce tuna, IKM Hj. Mbok Sri. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan produk sambal ikan tuna di IKM Hj.Mbok Sri dan untuk mengetahui berapa besar nilai titik pulang pokok produk sambal ikan tuna di IKM Hj.Mbok Sri.Metode penentuan responden yaitu dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), dengan melakukan obeservasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pimpinan, manager dan 1 orang karyawan yang mengolah atau membuat sambal ikan tuna sehingga total responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 3 orang. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis pendapatan, dan analisis titik pulang pokok. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa biaya tetap untuk produksi sambal ikan tuna yaitu sebesar Rp. 862.319 dan biaya variabel Rp. 3.288.574 sehingga total biaya produksi sambal ikan tuna yaitu sebesar Rp. 4.150.000, sedangkan untuk total penerimaan sambal ikan tuna sebesar Rp. 8.600.000 sehingga total pendapatan yang diterima oleh IKM Hj. Mbok Sri dari produk sambal ikan tuna kemasan botol 125 gram sebesar Rp. 4.449.107. Titik pulang pokok untuk produk sambal ikan tuna kemasan botol 125 gram pada IKM Hj. Mbok Sri dicapai pada saat volume penjualan mencapai 56 Unit botol dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 1.396.241. Kata Kunci : Analisis Titik Pulang Pokok, Sambal Ikan Tuna, Ikm Hj. Mbok Sri. |
