| Abstrak This study aims to determine the added value obtained by breadfruit after being processed into breadfruit chips in the Raja Bawang industy in Palu City. The location og the study was determined intentionally (purposive), namely in the Raja Bawang industy located on Jl. Abdul Rahman Saleh No. 33 North Birobuli Village, south Palu District, Palu City. This research was conducted in May-July 2022. The respondents in this study were leaders, treasurers and employees of the Raja Bawang industry in Palu City. The analysis used is value-added analysis (Method Hayami). The results showed that the added value obtained from the processing of breadfruit into breadfruit chips was Rp 60.495 / kg, with a profit of Rp 48.495 / kg or 80,16%. The added value obtained is classified as a high value-added ratio (above 40%), this is influenced by the amount of output value, raw material prices, and the value of other input contributions. The production of breadfruit chips in the Raja Bawang industry during July 2022 use 250 kg of breadfruit and produces 125 kg of breadfruit chips, 1 kg of breadfruit will produce 500 grams of breadfruit chips. The amount of production income for breadfruit chips in the Raja Bawang industy is Rp 5.887.855. |
