Abstrak
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study are: (1) Knowing the number of ecomical orders (EOQ), in the Aqasia Industry, (2) Knowing the reordering (ROP) of raw materials in the Aqasia Industry, (3) Knowing the amount of (Safety Stock) in the Aqasia Industri, (4) Knowing the total cost of raw material inventory in the Aqasia Industry. The research location was chosen purposively with the consideration that the Aqasia Industry is an industri than only produces one the product, namely fried onions, in contrast to other industries that produce other products besides fried onions. This research was conducted for 3 month, namely January-March 2022. The determination of the respondents is determined by deliberately talking 2 people, namely the owner and employee. Analysis of the data used is EOQ, Safety Stock, ROP. And TIC. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of raw material inventory of fried onions using the (Economic Order Quantity) method in January-December 2021 an everage of 301.7275 kg. Safety Stock or (Safety Stock) of raw materials that the always available at Aqasia Industri is 48 kg. The reoder point (Reorder Point) that the Aqasia Industry must make in January-December 2021 is an average of 348.7275 kg. The total cost of raw material inventory for fried onions carried out in the Aqasia Industry is an average of Rp. 189.736 months
