Abstrak This study aims to determine the right business development strategy that can be applied in the development of the oyster mushroom business at Rumah Jamur Small Enterprise in Taipa Village, North Palu District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Determination of respondents is determined intentionally (purposive), as many as 5 people. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threaths). Based on the results of the multiplication of the weights and ratings on internal and external factors to obtain the location of the quadrant in the oyster mushroom business development strategy at Rumah Jamur Small Enterprise. The SWOT diagram shows the strategic position for the Oyster Mushroom business development at the Mushroom House UKM is in quadrant I, namely the position of the Strength strategy. – Opportunity (SO). SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy or strength-opportunity strategy uses the company's internal strengths to take advantage of external opportunities, meaning that this strategy can be used because the business or industry has strengths and opportunities so that it can take advantage of various opportunities that exist. |
