| Abstrak This study aims to identify internal and external factors that affect the productivity of beef cattle business on Sri Jaya farms and analyze the development of strategies to Beef cattle business development strategy on Sri Jaya farms in the Layana sub-district, Mantikulore sub-district, Palu city support the productivity of beef cattle businesses on Sri Jaya farms. SWOT analysis is a way to systematically identify various factors in order to formulate corporate strategy. The data collection technique used by the researcher is direct observation of the company and conducting interviews with Sri Jaya farm owners. Then also by adding from reading books and also other sources related to this research.Based on the results of internal analysis using IFAS, a score of 2.95 was obtained and the results of external analysis were EFAS, which obtained a score of 2.63. So the research is shown from the Cartesian diagram that the company is in quadrant I, which is progressive, very profitable. The company has the power so that it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist. |
