Abstrak The objectyive of this research is to find out gereral description of fish abon marketing and implementation of marketing strategy on fish abon producton .One of the commonly ways done to use fish so it has high selling rate is to process into abon. Determination of respondents in this research is done purposively,one respodent is chosen internally, that is principal of UKM “Diana”,.and two respondents are staff chosen internally, while two consumers are externally chosen. Determination of weight sample is selected purposively, namely principal of UKM “Diana”. Data analysis used in this research is SWOT one. Research finding based on the SWOT analysis shows that UKM “Diana” lies on square (level) one. This fact describes the situation of very beneficial or advantageous company, so that the company can survive. Keywords : Strategy, marketing, SWOT. |
