Abstrak The tofu industry is generally a home industry with a small investment value and a small number of workers. However, the tofu industry has become a source of livelihood for some ordinary people. This study aims to examine the level of income and added value of soybeans after being processed into tofu. This research was conducted at the Asrofi Tofu Industry, Karave Village, Bulutaba District, Pasangkayu Regency. Determination of this location through a purposive search. The research was conducted in January-March 2022, the number of respondents used in this study was 3 people. The analysis used is income analysis and added value analysis (the Hayami Method). Based on the results of the research, tofu production in the Asrofi home industry during January 2022 uses 1,100 kg of soybeans and produces 985 kg/tofu, with total receipts obtained in January In 2022 it is Rp. 24,600,000, with a net income of Rp. 5,373,467. This means that the industry is still good enough to be cultivated because it still provides benefits for business owners. The added value of the tofu obtained is Rp. 9,573/Kg. This shows that every one kilogram of soybeans after experiencing the production process is able to provide added value of Rp. 9,573 with a profit of Rp. 8,930.
