Abstrak The marketing development strategy in the DM tofu industry is a factor of weakness and threat for this business to further develop its business, external factors that have not been maximal in terms of marketing promotional activities and internal factors of poor employee division of labor. This research aims to: (1) Identify what factors support the marketing development strategy of the DM Tofu Industry in Palu City (2) Formulate a marketing development strategy for the DM Tofu industry in Palu City. The results of the analysis show that the conditions are right to be applied in the strategy. The marketing is located in quadrant I, namely strategy (SO). The resulting strategy, namely, (1) Utilizing quality products to further improve and meet the demand that is likely to increase, (2) Utilizing affordable prices in order to seize the opportunity to attract the interest of consumers, (3) Using the means of transportation in distributing tofu to consumers by using promotional media. |
