| Abstrak This study aims to determine how much economical raw material purchases (EOQ) are for the supply of instant red ginger raw materials in the Raja Bawang industry, to find out how much the safety stock of instant red ginger raw materials in the Raja Bawang industry, to know when the time is right for the Raja Bawang industry to place a reorder (ROP) of the instant red ginger raw material inventory and to know the total cost of the instant red ginger raw material inventory in the Raja Bawang industry. Respondents in the study consisted of 3 people, namely industry leaders and two production employees. The analysis method used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and Total Inventory Cost (TIC). The results showed that the economical purchase of instant red ginger raw materials that should be made by the Raja Bawang Industry from January to December 2020 is an average of 155 kg. Safety stock of instant red ginger raw material which must always be available is 29 kg. Reorder Point is an average of 81 kg. The total cost of inventory (TIC) issued in January-December 2020 an average of Rp. 165,148. |
