Abstrak This study aims to determine the maximum profit of 300 grams of roa fish chili obtained in the Mbok Sri Home Industry in Palu City and to know the maximum profit of 150 grams of roa fish chili obtained in the Mbok Sri Household Industry in Palu City. This research was carried out in the Mbok Sri Palu City Home Industry in November 2019 - February 2020. Determination of the respondents was done purposively. Respondents are the company's leaders, with the consideration that the company's leaders know the history of the company's establishment, production capacity, and financial condition of the company. Linear Programming analysis results show that the production of 300 grams of Roa fish sauce is produced as many as 900 units / pack to get maximum profit. The use of resources in the Mbok Sri Industry based on the results of research to increase profits is 47.7 kg of raw materials, 47.7 kg of chilli, 119.7 liters of cooking oil, capital of Rp 12,392,855 and labor of 288 HOK. |
