Abstrak
ABSTRACT The Mister Kribangs industry is one of the businesses that produces onion chips, this business is located in the Lagarutu housing complex, Jalan Meterologi, East Palu, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. This study aims to determine what factors are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Bawanag Chips that have been carried out by the "Mister Kribangs" industry in Palu City, to find out what are the right onion Chips marketing development strategies to be implemented in support Mister Kribangs Industry business in Palu City. The total value obtained by the IFAS table is 1.3 with a strength score of 2.3 and a weakness score of 1.00. This shows that the strength factor in the Mister Kribangs Industry is greater than the weakness factor, while the total value obtained by EFAS is 0.86 with an opportunity score of 1.98 and a threat score of 1.12. This shows that the opportunity factor possessed by the Mister Kribangs Industry is greater than the threat factor. Based on the calculation results of the rating value and the weight of the internal factor of the marketing development strategy for onion chips as the X axis, namely 1.3, while the external factor in the Mister Kribangs Industry as the Y axis is 0.86. The results of this study indicate that the current onion chips business conditions in the Mister Kribangs Industry are in quadrant I, which is a favorable position for the industry because the industry can create strategies that use strength to take advantage of existing opportunities.
