| Abstrak The purpose of this study was to determine the income of cocoa farmers in Bobo Village Palolo Sub District Sigi Regency and to determine the contribution of cocoa farming to the household income level of cocoa farmers in Bobo Village Palolo Sub District Sigi Regency. This research was conducted from November to December 2020. Respondents were determined using simple random sampling method. The number of respondents was 35 cocoa farmers from a total population of 156 cocoa farmers. The analysis used is the analysis of household income and contribution analysis. The results of the research obtained from this study were respondents who were cocoa farmers in Bobo Village who had an average income of Rp. 14,305,435.76 / ha and the contribution of cocoa farming income to the farmer household income level is 25.81%, where the contribution of cocoa farming income is smaller than the contribution of maize farming income and the contribution of non-farm income, but it is greater than the contribution of farm income. candlenut, which is 29.62% contribution to maize farming income, contribution of hazelnut farming income is 13.68% and non-farm income contribution is 30.89%. This means that the income of cocoa farming provides a fairly large contribution. |
